Aromatherapy in your Garden
Updated: May 22, 2019
While the lavender in this photo isn't blooming quite yet, there are signs. I see bright green shoots popping up everywhere and love checking the garden each morning to see what else is starting to come to life. Many of the plants in our gardens are the same as those used to make essential oils.
Every time you rub your hands across lavender, rosemary and the many fragrant plants in your garden, you are experiencing essential oils. They are simply in the plant, not the bottle. Planting a healing garden allows you to enjoy the fragrances and aromatic benefits in your own yard.
