"I had no idea there is so much to know about essential oils."
This is the most frequently heard comment after attending one of our talks. Now, it doesn't need to be complicated but it is important to understand what you put on your body. A small investment of time learning the basics goes a long way in creating simple, safe, effective aromatherapy blends from essential oils.
The best way to find reliable information is to consult with an aromatherapist who is trained and certified through a nationally recognized organization that sets education standards. The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) is one such organization.
Would you like to know more? Join me at the Newark Free Library in Newark, Delaware for a free discussion about aromatherapy for health and wellness on Saturday, September 7 at 11:00 am. You will have an opportunity to sample a selection of oils and come away with a basic understanding of how they are extracted, their potential benefits and how to use them safely.
Would you like to know even more? Do you already have oils but would like help better understanding how to use them, their shelf life and safe use? Schedule some time and bring your oils so we can look into your questions. Call 302-354-4650* or send us a note.
Here is a wonderful blend to get you started!
