Stress Support Blend

Try this blend to relax before bedtime or to help during times of stress. Rub onto pulse points and palms then clear your mind and take several slow, deep breaths. Deep breathing is a great way to bring the aromatic benefits to your body and quiet the mind.


To make:

Add the following essential oils to an ounce of jojoba, unscented lotion or other oil such as almond or olive.

  • 5 drops of Sweet Orange

  • 5 drops of Lavender

  • 4 drops of Sandalwood

  • 3 drops of Roman Chamomile

  • 1 drop of Jasmine


Cap the blend tightly and store in a cool place out of direct light to protect the essential oils.
